It also provides magical protection and powers, depending on the gems it bears. For RP reasons, only a High Elf is noble enough to wear that crown. It can transmit images from the past to the bearer, and guide them to find its missing gems. The crown has revealed some of its powers. However, it will be taken away by the Council at the beginning of end-game.
